Attention: State Street, Elder Street and North Cook Avenue is steep and iced over. Addy Disposal may not be able to pickup garbage on those streets this week of December 8th. Garbage will have to be held for a week, sorry for the incovenience!
Note: Building Permits must be filled out prior to projects
and time given to the Zoning Committee (up to 2 weeks)
to approve the permit before the work starts

Tree Dump is locked due to illegal dumping of items that are not
allowed within the City's Dump Permit. If you need access to the Montrose Tree Dump, please stop into city hall for a load check and a key. If the city office is closed, please call and leave a message and the FO will return your call as soon as possible.
